" I won't lose to Joe Biden" - He is really delusional

He really has drunk his own Kool Aid and has been wrapped in the Fox Coverage for so long that he actually believes his own BS.

I say this because of the way he allegedly said that- profanity laced statement about not losing to Joe Biden. As if he was a far superior candidate and Biden was beneath him. What?

If we are talking about qualifications here - Biden - life long public servant, senator, former VP, experience in foreign affairs vs Trump's failed businesses - bankruptcy- reality show host who licensed his name to make money - who thinks it would be worth a try to inject disinfectant into peoples' lungs?

But then again we had one of the most qualified candidates in Hillary Clinton we have ever seen, whether male or female and he still won, so maybe I should not blame him for his hubris.

8 or 9, counting Vice President. All by popular vote. Never lost a general election against a republican. So he does know how to win votes.

Cites medical reasons and that way he can say, he's never lost.

I'm talking about Chump's "win" in 2016 - it shouldn't really count. That election will forever and always have an asterisk next to it.

Just sayin'

I still think this is a very probable scenario. He will drop out just in time to do maximum damage to the GOP. He hates the GOP as much as the DNC. He will try to cause as much damage as he can before his time is over.

Trump is never, ever going to resign. Never.

Not ever.

Ever.

He's self-identity is too bound up in being 'the best, just the best, the very, very best, beautiful bigly President' the USA has ever had. Resigning means failure. He will never admit to that.

Again: not ever.

Plus, the minute he resigns, the Southern District of New York will land on him like a runaway planet.

Trump is stupid, but he has animal's instinct for survival.

He's not going to resign.

Not ever.

Ever.

We on the left continue to assume that facts and reason will effect this election. Biden is much more qualified. Trump completely screwed up the response to the virus. The economy is in shambles. Everyone now sees what a hollow windbag Trump is.

No, no, no and again, NO.

Trump's numbers have not slipped very much. China and the Democratic governors will be the cause of the virus response failure. Cuomo threatened to crash the economy (by NY declaring bankruptcy). It's obvious we would be way past this if only the Democrats had done what they should have. Trump is clean, he did all he could. Besides, a lot of diseases come in through the southern border. If the dems had allowed him to build the wall, we would be much better off.

And of course he's going to cheat and lie. That's how he got elected the first time. Against a very similar candidate to the one we have now.

I hope that reason wins out, that people lose faith in their dear leader through this and I hate that it will take economic devastation, sickness, hunger, social unrest and death to get there.

But don't count on it. Have you talked to a Trump supporter? They believe the drug is a Deep State conspiracy to hurt Trump or that the Chinese did this to attack America or that Trump is using this virus to kill off the poor people of color or what the fuck ever. They are not going to leave him until they are dead.

Or we are.

Maybe 40% by election, but probably in the 30%'s. The only thing that stops this being one of the worst losses in history is what is the effect of the virus when the election rolls around.

Nov. 21 that he resign at once , or he'll get removed , because he will have a plan for ways to hurt us all for not voting for him. He'll suggest stuff as threats, and he'll suggest exposing secrets, suggest he knows a lot of damming things past presidents have done and will expose them. He will have people looking into ways to hurt people, and will if he is rejected, which he will be in historic numbers further agitating his crushed ego. The GOP made their bed with criminal trump, and Putin, and will pay dearly for it this next election.
