So a right wing friend (yes I have a couple) sent me this article. While Im sure the "article" is loaded with fact cherry picking and just plain BS, what really caught my attention was the comments. Starting with the very first one.

6. Maybe "friend" is an overstatement.

But we have a cordial relationship and have worked on projects together in the past. He also didn't send me this for the paranoid right wing comments. But rather to bitch and moan about unions and the healthcare bill.

Because those are the kinds of people making the comments about the article he sent you. Does he really agree with those people? Or is he trying to find a different route?

Make him start thinking about the basic values of the people who believe the things in the article. If they are willing to kill people just because they have different political philosophies, how can they call themselves American? Or Christian?

something that didn't exist until thousands of years in the future ... Marxism.

Kinda like the guy who I heard on the radio blaming the near-year now earthquakes in the Youngstown Ohio area on the late August 2011 earthquake in Virginia ... blaming the earthquake for "aftershocks" that happened long before the earthquake.
