People who see me coming, get out of the way. I wear my masks everywhere and will continue for as long as needed. I have still tons of fabric scraps to make masks, but elastic is at a premium now that fabric and craft stores are closed. Online, forget about it.

I don't wear mine outside unless I'm shaking out dust.

It's 95 degrees around here and I can't breath in them, but they are great for dust.

Of course I wear them in stores etc.

No shirt, no shoes, no services warnings are found nationwide and enforced.

Why can't this be equally enforced? How does it inhibit someone's rights?

No shirt, no shoes, no mask, no services!

No Shoes, No Shirt, No Mask, No Service ...

I'm protecting my employees.
You don't have to wear a mask, but if you don't you can't shop here.

This is what every store owner should put on their entrance door.
If you don't like it, you don't have to shop here.

that face masks are mandatory in the pharmacy store where I work, I was twice directed to shove mine up my arse, told, "I was in the army... don't fuck with me", and after cheerily saying, "good night!" as he left, informed that he "oughta smack" me.

Who'd want to abuse and assault a 60+ year-old arthritic Buddhist for stating store policy? what a tough guy.

Corporate signage is wishy-washy to avoid the remotest possibility of offending anyone.

Ignoring the massive fail on the legal aspects, my question is this: "Why do I have to take of my shoes to get on a commercial flight?"

At least they're consistent, in being wrong.

Courts have ruled on both sides
In State v. Miller, the court made it illegal to wear a mask
In 1990, the Georgia Supreme Court in State v. Miller, 260 Ga. 669, 674, 398 S.E.2d 547, 552 (1990) upheld the statute against a First Amendment challenge by Shade Miller, who was arrested for appearing in KKK regalia alone near the courthouse in Gwinnet County.

In Farzad GHAFARI v. CITY AND COUNTY OF SAN FRANCISCO, the court made it legal to wear a mask
Iranian Students' Association (I.S.A.) covered their faces while protesting the Iranian government, were fearful that if their identity became known as I.S.A. members and demonstrators, retaliatory measures of an unpleasant nature may be taken against them here and against their relatives in Iran.

This link mentions the 2 listed here, but it lists more.
The last sentence states:

Overall the general trend has been toward upholding anti-mask laws, at least where mask wearers cannot show direct, specific evidence of harassment.

Basically, by wearing a mask during a pandemic would actually cause people to harassment those without a mask!

I would think that if it was mandated to wear mask to protect the community's health, it would be upheld.
That's just my opinion

Only when someone else says they should do so to protect others.

I'd argue that the objection and supposed unconstitutional nature is not to wearing the mask, but having to do something that might benefit others.
