If they take after their Hideous Orange Tyrant, then their role model has made them prone to avoiding any blame or shame.

That means that they pick from a list of predefined enemies to hate more and despise, (because they tend to do what they are told rather than think about anything in depth and call that freedom).

They can blame: Obama, China, Democrats and Liberals, fake news, communism and socialism, groundhogs, avacados, etc. I don't think there is a limit.
