Remember the Tea Party protests during Obama's first two years in office?

Remember these guys?

Well this news just hit the wire:

US Treasury seeks to borrow a record $3 trillion this quarter
PUBLISHED MON, MAY 4 20203:01 PM EDT

Massive stimulus to support the U.S. economy through the coronavirus crisis will cause the Treasury to borrow a record $3 trillion this quarter.

The department on Monday announced the total, which is actually $2.999 trillion.

Where are the protests against deficit spending now? They're nowhere to be found.

It was never about government spending and deficits.

It was always about the fact an African American was President.

they would take time after this crisis to look back and reflect on WHY the country just had to write a 3 trillion dollar check. in a perfect world they would come to realize the price we had to pay for not having a competent, prepared and proactive central government to watch out for the welfare of its citizens. there was ALWAYS going to be a price to be paid to combat this virus, in money and lives, but we are paying WAY more then we should have if we had been prepared.

In reality, they will blame Democrats.

...demanding that stay-at-home orders end.

Aggression combined with ignorance once again.

They definitely got the same looks about them. White, middle aged repukes, little sheep being led to their slaughter by pied piper mf45 and monied interests who are the ones really screwing them over.

And they’re going to be very surprised to learn the hard way that the protests now have a much greater risk for their own health than all the Tea Party fun and games.
