Got this one from my granddaughter, who is a nurse working with virus patients in a hospital tent in Georgia.

particles can lessen the "dose" we ultimately might breathe in, and result in a mild or asymptomatic case if we do get sick. I've read that amount of viral exposure does matter in terms of severity of illness.
