So Trump says 7 million tests, this site says inconsistent, cause they know he is talking bollocks... but get the libs? He is a fucking sociopath.

(2,248 posts)In a nation of more than 350 million people, that number is awful. Italy, Germany, Canada do not have that many people so of course their numbers wont be high. He wants to sell the whole number.
Oh never mind. His simpletons wont care.

(90,301 posts)... of a pandemic is minimum one % of population in flared area then one percent in any other reports in less than a month.
Like Korea did, we're screwed

(5,969 posts)You won't see him using the same graph in absolute numbers for infections and deaths because the US would dwarf any other country.
But the chart shows how long it took to get the tests going while other countries were already in the process of containing the virus. That is a proof for Trump's failure right there.

(33,992 posts)I can't tell exactly what it is saying, but it isn't addressing claims he has made.
There are two clues about what they mean
- first, on the site they discuss their intent to only include PCR testing - but that not all countries separate it in a way that they can pull out only PCR testing.
- second on the image tweeted it references units specifically (but in a way that doesn't make sense to me): "substantial differences . . . in terms of units, whether or not all labs are included, the extent to which negatie and pending tests are included and other aspects."
Neither of these would address what such an annotation on a graph would normally mean: they have altered the units (e.g . jumped from 4 million to 7 million in order to fit it all on the graph.
