4. When they toured with Metallica, and James Hetfield was injured in a pyro accident, cutting their act short. Not only Axle was late and leaving the concert goers waiting a long time, he cut their act very short, starting a riot.
5. That wasn't the only riot he started and not the only time he was late.
6. During a concert he leaped into the crowd to destroy a camera a fan brought.
7. Bullied is band mates to give him full control.
8. Fired his band....but did it when Slash, arguably the best guitarist in Heavy Metal, was doing an interview for MTV. They told him about it, then he had to call to get it confirmed...and it was.

Granted in recent years he's mellowed out and turned over a new leaf. He's not the asshole he once was. But, if there was a Heavy Metal dictionary, the entry of Asshole would show a picture of Axle in the early years.
