James Carville & Eugene Robinson On Tonight's "The 11th Hour"

I highly recommend. Very lively interview, which is always the case with James.

I've seen him worried earlier this year, but he's completely changed. He says the election is over, that the Government is self-destructing before our eyes.

He says they're basically looting everything they can on the way out.

Eugene agreed with him completely about the election being a done deal.

Not even close. It's going to be a close election and we need to act like we are five points down at all times because turnout is how we win.

... Brian W play off each other.

Carville's observations about how the Dem Party needs to learn tactics fom the Lincoln Project and the Bulwark and all the other disaffected Repubs: he is absolutely right.

As far as Carville's predictions on Trump's loss: from his lips to God's ears.

...I'm never convinced that publicly bashing the DNC or 'Democrats' by describing them as less effective than republicans or conservatives, in this case, is as helpful as one might think.

I'm certainly not going to concede that point. We've been fighting against the same, relentlessly, for decades and decades. What's happening here is the same as always, republicans get more media play. That simple. Carville does us no favor by elevating these conservatives over our own efforts, especially over what our nominee is doing. It's self-serving nonsense, imo.
