Is anyone's county or state health dept providing masks?

I called my county and state and was told "we don't do that sort of thing"...

Public health crisis?! This is a complete breakdown from top to bottom...

Gov Lee announced five million masks will be distributed for free to residents of TN. About the only thing positive I have seen him do.
