Washington (CNN)The Supreme Court is continuing to hold oral arguments via teleconference due to the coronavirus pandemic. And in a historic first, it's also allowing oral arguments to be aired live to the public.

but it didn't copy. My 6 year old grandson isn't here to help me. I just Googled Supreme Court arguments live today and got 3 sites. I think that CNN is airing it live on line.

Trump's lawyers are arguing that Trump can shoot someone on 5th Avenue, pump him full of lead and not only can't anyone arrest him, no one can even investigate him. That is the actual argument.

and turn over the Watergate tapes and the SC ruled 8-0 that he did indeed have to comply with the subpoena. I mean it isn't like we don't already have precedence for this.

and he believes that if the SC rules it has to turn over Trump's documents it is prepared to do so.

Rachel was opining that may be why Trump has been so owly lately.
