"SNIP.....

“After more than three hours of oral arguments Tuesday morning, the Supreme Court seems unlikely to grant President Trump the sweeping total immunity he has asked for while fighting subpoenas for his taxes and other financial records,” Axiosreports.

New York Times: “The court’s ruling, expected by July, could require disclosure of information the president has gone to extraordinary lengths to protect. Or the justices could rule that Mr. Trump’s financial affairs are not legitimate subjects of inquiry.”

“But some of the justices’ questions raised a third possibility: that the court could return the cases to lower courts for reconsideration under stricter standards. That would have the incidental effect of deferring a final decision beyond the 2020 presidential election.”

Then they are, again, “activist judges” making up law to cover for the political predators and traitors that make up the GOP.

Try this Supreme Court: PRETEND HE’S A DEMOCRAT!

Oh, no! Wait! A BLACK DEMOCRAT!
YEAH. That’s it.

If you can do that this case would never come to your court, would have been laughed out of the heavily Reich-wing DC Court of Appeals, and never filed in the first place because Democrats, going back DECADES, have made their tax filings PUBLIC!

There is a reason “He” wants them hidden, and you are the tools letting that happen.

If it is so clear-cut now, why wasn’t it so clear-cut to the conservative-heavy DC Court of Appeals?

"Our consideration is limited to the present circumstances...” - From the opinion in Bush v. Gore.

Because that court knew it was a theft.
Because the next petitioner might be a Democrat.
