Judge Sullivan essentially appointed a replacement for a derelict DOJ.

Trump can pardon Flynn but a pardon is an admission of guilt, allowing the court to again question him about deeper matters.
With a pardon, Flynn cannot then claim the 5th.

Trump will have to wisk Flynn outta the country in the dead of night before Sullivan can drag him back in

If this whole thing blows up, Trump, Manafort, Barr & a planeload of others will be making a mass exodus.
I wish it was just a movie.

Are they really THIS stupid and/or drunk with power? Or, is something more nefarious about to go down? Maybe they're trying to throw Manafort under the bus?

I guess they're so blinded by partisanship that they figured that, him being a Bush appointee, he'd automatically side with them? it's a head-scratcher.

But their arrogance sometimes overcomes their common sense. After Sullivan scorched Flynn's ass during the first sentencing hearing you'd think they'd have a clue, but apparently not.

Thank god there are still some prosecutors like Gleeson around who have lived thru the history of the criminal mob..& like Mueller, have followed their whereabouts & connections & have successfully 'brought down' some mighty big names.

He has so much power at his disposal & is willing to abuse it all for the big mob boss he works on behalf of.
And I'm not so sure that is even Trump.
It goes higher than that.

Barr has to be prosecuted.

Toobin is a solid liberal and a friend of Justice Kagan. Turley is the confused libertarian who testified as an "expert" on Trump's behalf.

I'd issue a presidential order that NOBODY in or on that flight will EVER be allowed back into the US.

Pilot? Copilot? Flight attendants?

Let's give IQ45 his PARADE - the biggest, bestest, superest EVAR!!!!!

He will lead it, followed by the "ghost" VP, then Moscow Mitch McTurtle, and then his ENTIRE Cabinet, including all present and former (especially those indicted!), plus aides, advisors, and, of course, all family that are aides and advisors!

We send then down Pennsylvania Avenue with bands, rocket launchers, tanks, more bands, and crowds of hundreds and hundreds, maybe even matching the bigliest inauguration crowd EVAR!!!!

The parade will go DIRECTLY to RAYGUN International Airport, where the whole marvelous group of them will board Air Force One and fly off to WHEREVER ANYBODY WILL TAKE THEM - AND NEVER RETURN!!!!!

I'm really thinking it would work!

“The government has absolute discretion to decide not to prosecute. Even a formal, written agreement to that effect, which is often referred to as a ‘non-prosecution agreement,’ is not the business of the courts. In addition, the government has near-absolute power under Fed. R. Crim. P. 48(a) to extinguish a case that it has brought. In my view, if the government were now moving to dismiss this case, it would be an abuse of discretion to deny that motion.”

Barr bettet be the 1st one in prison.
Trump could not do what he does without Barr's guidance. Trump isn't schooled in Constitutional Law.

Barr knows it well enough to manipulate it.
And McConnell is pulling equal duty in the Senate.

(I can't find a big enough middle finger gif to make clear my rage.)
