Company sets up shop to decontaminate face masks for first responders and health care workers amidst a mask shortage.

JACKSON, Tenn. — An airport hanger in Jackson, Tennessee, is housing more than airplanes. Inside N95 respirators will be set for recycling.

“Our goal is to receive the masks and send them back out within 72 hours," said Ryan Stahlin, the site lead at Battelle Critical Care Decontamination System.

Stahlin says Battelle is working to address the current shortage of personal protective equipment or PPE during the COVID-19 pandemic. For healthcare workers on the front lines, a mask is part of their safety net. Crates now empty will see thousands of masks cleaned with hydrogen peroxide vapor.

5. Meanwhile, Trump has been sending Russia ventilators, that we KNOW of,

and who knows what else and to where, PLUS blocking Democratic Party led states form getting PPE.

It is good to know this company is doing this, but 72 hours is a wait when Trump is sending stuff to Russia and who knows where else. Plus, hoarding PPE because, as Kushner said, "It is ours." meaning it is theirs when in reality our taxes paid for that to be for the whole country.

I despise that fucking deranged piece of shit.

America has failed this challenge. Having Republicans in charge during this pandemic has cost too many lives. They are so busy splitting hairs to make sure capitalism is the only way through this that they have failed to take into account human lives. They have failed to keep doctos, nurses and other hospital staff safe.

I don't trust America to elect Biden and end this misery. There are too many things going on behind the scenes as well, to let Russia dictate to us who wins, AGAIN.

If we ever do get a Democrat in office again, I hope the first damn thing they do is work on this pandemic, but soon after that, I hope they go after Putin with every resource imaginable. That despot needs to quit deciding who is in charge of our country. Why are we allowing that fucker to do that? And why is Congress allowing Trump to give away PPE when America needs that stuff so bad? It looks like they could open an investigation into that, at least.

There are only 2 things I can think of: kompromat & money.

And where kids, by this I mean teens are getting the idea that Russia is awesome, I will never understand!

I was at a drivers license facility near Memphis several months ago & struck up a conversation with a young couple. The young man, about 20ish at one poi t said, "Well, at least in Russia , they don't have to pay taxes."

That one set me off & he got a lecture on Russia & paying taxes. He stfu.
