While any coins that fall far enough to get down to the likes of us has to be spent responsibly as determined by a cadre of fatcats who always know where their next meal is coming from. Or it has be filtered through a dozen hands, each one filching a processing fee or a convenience charge so that what started out as $100 gets to us as $62.50 or something.
