Hillary's did not.
Facebook had staff on site to advise how to use the platform. Hillary's would'a had the same if they accepted.
As per Mark Halpern, things haven't much improved. Trump campaign gives immediate feedback and response to any contact to their site. With Biden, you will get a response, but it will take time.

Dems have been kind of slow on the tech front. Rich guys tend to turn into Repubs, so all the new execs in hi tech went for Trump.
