Ah, the poor churches. Being forced to stay closed by the mean democrat governors. The righteous man must stand up and take their side! Let them meet in great throngs! They will appreciate it and vote for me!

(35,191 posts)Just like there's something about if you are a good person you won't do good things like help the poor and then boast about it--that's also to be in private.
Also something about not judging, if I recall correctly.
These are widely misconstrued by outsiders, but it's like a white person telling a black person what he "really" believes, or a man telling a woman why she actually doesn't something.
