.... until irrefutable evidence proves it. That is why whenever I see someone not wearing a mask in public I don't assume they are willfully ignorant fools. I know for a fact they are based on the evidence in front of me.

and your commitment to hygiene is minimal at best. This of course does not apply to those with very severe respiratory disorders who are unable to tolerate wearing a face covering, but let's be clear, most of my guys (vets) have some combination of anxiety, COPD, heart disease, asthma, and PTSD and they are able to tolerate wearing their masks.

I assume they are unsanitary in their homes and businesses. It shows the people who flaunt the rules and leave others paying the price. From now on when I get estimates for work at my home, I will ask if they follow safety rules.
