would be better for the job. Kamala Harris, Stacey Abrams,Val Demmings and Warren are my choices.

I am a black woman and I will happily take Elizabeth Warren.

We still have almost three more long months of hearing about all the different recipes.

However, Biden’s running mate will not be selected by public audition. Harris is taking a more low-key approach, strengthening personal connections with Biden and those close to him.

All we will get until the convention is an American Idol style race for VP from the media for those who are publicly auditioning.

This is just one rare time where I feel it’s not that hard to see past all the noise.

Harris’ record as a prosecutor — which she pitched as a strength in a potential matchup with Donald Trump in the general election, but swung back and forth between emphasizing and deemphasizing as her campaign went on — also bothered some black voters, especially black men.
