I've been somewhat absent on DU recently, here's why, but I AM still here...

...I've reached my limit on Trump, I can no longer share his bullshit.

I am 100% all in for Joe Biden in November.

But as far as sharing Trump's most recent incident of racism, sexism, misogyny...I can't do it any more, he wore me out. He's a vile pig, and I can no longer move his vile bullshit forward, even in the name of calling him out.

I'm still here, I will be with you through November, and beyond. VOTE, for Christ's sake. You know what's at stake. Save the perfect scenario and your dream candidate for AFTER we vote this pig out of office. Love you all, peace, let's DO THIS THING.

So many here have profiles saying still undecided. I wonder who they might vote for if not Joe Biden? Nothing will change my vote from here out.

...the poster and other voters?

Sorry, my fellow DUers, my only emotion for Dem candidates since Trump got in is grim determination.

I don't want to read the words: "If Obama did that" or "If a Dem did that" -- because they wouldn't.

So take care of yourself, Miles, and take a break from DU for me, because I don't seem to be able to on my own.

not since Hillary became the first female candidate. That did excite me.
And I do not yearn for a President I could go have a beer with. (WTF?????)

I look for a President to whom I feel comfortable entrusting the care of my country. I look for brains and competence and experience and creative thinking and practicality and compassion and character and humanity, not excitement. And who I think objectively would be best, and who we need most.

That would be Joe Biden this time. By a mile.

I watch more old sit coms and Stark Trek programs to stay sane. Once a day I check the news, but that's all I can stand. Vote Democratic up and down the ballot to beat trump and the repubs.

The anti-matter in the oval office, is revolting. He most indecent blob of rot imaginable seeks to wear us out with his chaos and lies.
Thank you for your humerus posts, of the past. I am all in on Biden to and look forward to voting in the 2020 election. We can't take any more of his evil on the loose any longer.

I myself have taken many small breaks to refuel. I am trying to focus on the result needed on November 3rd. I do not understand how any American can support what is happening, and I hope I never do. It would compromise my values too much. Glad to have you cheering us on, and looking forward to your return to active participation. Have always enjoyed your posts.

It's just that many of them do not realize that Donald Trump is not their friend and he would stab them in the back in a New York second.

... and maybe we're not fighting against it as hard as we did a few years ago. We're even more disgusted than ever but maybe not as loud as before. Because of that, it might sound like that MAGAts are winning ... but they aren't. They're losing and they'll lose big in November.

Chump has no new followers since 2016. It's true that cognitively-challenged people have stuck with him, but we also know that many people have left him. He has disgusted and turned off so many people in the last 4 years - now especially with the pandemic mismanagement. Too many people are onto him now, they can see what a fraud he is and how he has turned our government into a horrible mess. People might have been fooled before, but not this time.

I'm talking about the independent voters/nonvoters who normally don't pay much attention to DC politics. Those people finally woke up and they will vote in November. Of those uncommitted, occasional voters, none will pull the lever FOR Chump. They will all be AGAINST him. He has earned their wrath.

We still need to work hard to get the vote out in November because this one is for all the marbles!
