if they had taken action similar to some Asian countries instead of encouraging racism against Asians. Vietnam still has 0 deaths. Singapore has 23. Kerala has 1/10 our population and 4 deaths. Taiwan has 7. Hong Kong has 4. Japan has half our population and 820 deaths.
