Also, no reputable outfit would put out a number with 'HIV' as the cause of death. HIV isn't what kills people. It's other diseases that attack you when you're infected.

We don't just look away or say "Freedom!" and let it run its course. We strive to make cars safer, we take precautions to prevent contracting diseases, we try to find cures or identify behavior that might lead to certain diseases. We don't go the intellectually and morally bankrupt way and say why bother because of other things that cost lives in our views.
