There's only ONE THING that hold Trumpists together.
By "Trumpists" I mean the 34% of the public that adores him and not fellow politicians or, necessarily, his media liars.
It's not supreme court judges.
It's not his faith.
It's not his tax breaks to the rich.
It's not his loyalty to his country.
It's his red hot hatred of liberals or anyone he can brand as elitist, especially the press but also experts, scientists, professors, &c.
This is the only thing they have in common: Hatred of the other. And they can define the "other" in many ways but words/phrases like "Libtards," "FemiNazis," "Nanny State" seem to point to a civilization they want nothing of.
With hate radio and Fox News, I don't think this is going away.
We just have to appeal to the 12%-20% of his support that actually likes science, safety nets, and social justice.
That's our primary job!
