I'm watching now on YouTube. I thought I read that he was in D.C. to meet with T. If so, it sounds like it didn't go well.

He talks about the federal distribution of taxes almost every day. But today he sounds as furious as he can get in public. Very spirited, emotional and turning up the volume.

He just talked about the meeting and how T said he was going to consult with "his people" and get back with the governor.

My overall impression of what T said and how the governor felt he had to give an impassioned briefing is that Cuomo isn't all that confident.

And why should he feel positive? Trump says one thing and then tells the country to talk to the hand. Why help when he can make things worse for America.
