Help,. Trying to refute my Trump loving mother's

Crap I hear daily. She read me this article supposedly from CBS saying that the WHO lied and it's not a virus but a bacteria and all you need is aspirin and anti-coagulants

Then she gets pissy with me when I tell her she's wrong.

I've argued with many a conservative, quite often about anthropogenic climate change. I've noticed a pattern. There are a handful of corrupt scientists writing these scientific "papers". They may or may not be peer-reviewed, but are largely panned by the real scientists. These papers are never actually read by the majority of the right-wingers. There is a small group who do the reading and regurgitate it into more easily digestible blogs and conservative media stories. These clever people spice up the hash with some humor and conspiracy theories, and this is the content that gets consumed by the majority. Then that crowd parrots the info on the forums and social media, and it gets distorted and disseminated further.

We're sort of winning the battle against the conservative media right now, but this victory has come at a terrible price and the war is far from over.

at this point, anyone who still believes he is not a pathological liar, with the mountains of hard evidence, is beyond reasoning.
Or else they believe lying to the country daily is a good thing.

If you're curious check this out. The nuts are real and they're following the lead of foreign agents to spread lies and kill as many of us as they can.

You can always tell when the powers on high send down their latest bullshit talking points, because they ALL repeat them, just like the trained Pavlovian dogs they are. Those things spread faster than the virus does.

Most of the elderly people I know are finally realizing they trust their doctors more than Trump.

My dad and I had a blow up about two years about Dump and I gave him the utter silent treatment. I then came back about 6 weeks later and acted like it didn’t happen.

I did NOT apologize and still will not. It’s water under the bridge now.

As parents get older, they revert to childhood in many ways. Sometimes they need a “time out” to think about their actions.
