Karma's a bitch......

https://news.sky.com/story/white-businessmans-office-lease-terminated-after-calling-police-on-black-men-at-his-gym-in-minneapolis-11996125

A white businessman has had his office lease terminated after a viral video showed him calling the police on a group of black entrepreneurs who he claimed had no right to be in his gym.

Social media startup Team Top Figure shared a video of their interaction with venture capitalist Tom Austin in their office building gym in Minneapolis on Tuesday night.

The clip, which has had more than 50,000 likes on Instagram, shows him taking pictures of the men and accusing them of not being tenants of the building in Minnesota.

...................

These racists shits are going to learn the hard way......he also said, "if it were a bunch of women, i'd have done the same thing"....so he hates women too, he's not helping himself here is he?

Do the companies fire the racists, cancel their leases because of the racism or the potential loss of $ ? Until I am sure which way it is I will continue to make my thoughts known to the companies where the racists work. Using the reach of social media to share my views about the situation and to let them know I and others have the power of the purse.

It is almost exclusively power of the purse, just like the Montgomery bus boycott. Green is green and, sad to say, is the only thing that catalyzes real change.

For the life of me, I cannot wrap my head around how some people think.

What allows them to believe they were born so freaking special.

I demand to see their birth applications showing how they chose the “white” box.

That doesn’t help his argument that he’s not a racist. If it was a group of white men, what would he have done? I’m guessing nothing.

And I like it.

Hit them where they hurt.

No, they can't be arrested. But they can be fired, their businesses can be threatened. All perfectly legal.

Let them learn that it is wrong to be racist, and there are consequences. And they can be painful.

a peaceful resistance movement. It looks like it's needed now as much as ever.

I get it that people need to vent their anger and I am not surprised that it breaks out in riots. It's surprising that it hasn't happened sooner.

But there are people who want to provoke a race war as an excuse to come down even more heavy-handed on POC. Riots play into their hands.

To be effective in making these killings and terrorizing confrontations stop, the energy from that anger could create a more organized national movement of peaceful activism. Vigils, organized protest days nationwide, public statements from well known and well respected people. Keeping social distancing in mind and practice, of course.

Change the attitude that cops are always justified, that POC are fair game. Build support for change.

It shouldn't be necessary. But it is in order to stop a growing police state attitutude of terrorizing and killing a select part of the population.

For people who have no shame, let them get the message ... they will pay a financial and social price. Just as black people have been redlined and shunned from physical spaces, racists will be found out and excluded. It’s either be a decent person or be gone.

My sympathy for these people is nil. We’ve had decades to learn to adjust. No excuses.

he's not just racist, he's an idiot. These places tend to have key cards and security guards to get past first. It's not worth it.

And he called 911 instead of building security because of their race.

Love seeing people face consequences for racism.
