Twitter should lock his account and not allow the President to post at all. Otherwise, Twitter will have to continue to fact check his posts and identify them as misleading. Trump believes that to be improper and a violation of his freedom of speech. Trump is incorrect.
So, Twitter should simply lock his account at once to prevent any further annoyance to the President.

(32,017 posts)Therefore, Twitter can not violate the First Amendment. Trump IS the government. Therefore, he CAN violate the First Amendment, and it looks like he plans to do so soon with an Executive Orderall the while claiming that his own First Amendment rights have been violated by Twitter.
