A Pennsylvania state representative went on a profanity-laced tirade Wednesday against Republican House members who had tested positive for COVID-19 or came in contact with someone who had, and yet remained silent.

State Rep. Brian Sims, a Democrat out of the 182nd District in Philadelphia, released a near 12-minute long Facebook video calling out GOP members who have been pushing to re-open the state and downplaying the seriousness of the novel coronavirus.

"Every single day of this crisis this State Government Committee in Pennsylvania has met so that their members could line up one after one after one and explain that it was safe to go back to work," Sims said in the video. "During that time period they were testing positive. They were notifying one another. And they didn’t notify us.

2. This is an assault by one member against others. Should be arresting those that didn't notify

others of their positive results of the CV so they could contact their doctors etc. and be tested (and notify all others that they came in contact with too).

6. That is what I saw. Hundreds of people have been put at risk

by a republican asshole that was lying the whole time. The shear fucking arrogance of republican leadership to know that one of their members was positive and several others were quarantining from their families, and STILL carry on the farce that no masks were needed. What the republican leader did was assault, plain and simple, he should be arrested and charged with conspiracy, and assualt with a deadly weapon.
