Minnesota Is Going To Give The "investigators" Their Response Tonight

It is going to be ugly, I fear. Especially with the National Guard being involved.

We'll see who has the bigger #'s. The police clearly could not focus on all that was going on last night.

The surest way to boost approval ratings for conservatives is to be appearing to fiercely defend middle-class whites from African-American rioters. Works every time.

I have a college friend who lives in Minneapolis. He's anything but a conservative and, if there was a march or rally demanding justice for George Floyd, I have no doubt that he would be participating. But, last night, he was posting frightened FB messages, because the rioting was happening near his home. (He mentioned that the supermarket that was burned down last night was the one he had been planning a grocery run to today.) When you perceive yourself at risk, survival instinct overrules everything else. Is my friend now suddenly supporting those who would protect him from the rioters? No...but I doubt you can say the same for lots of others in his position.
