20. I will be voting by mail in Texas this year.

I probably could have the last few elections. In Texas you can vote by mail if you are over 65, disabled or out of town the whole period of voting.

I have not claimed a disability before. But they don't specify what the disability is but I'm 61. I difficulty walking and standing for long periods of time because I have arthritis in both my knees and find waiting in a line difficult. I think I qualify.
