i can't remember what he said but it was good --he kicked trumps ass a bit.
he did look exhausted
i don't get cnn so i can't watch that.

Outside of that he never answered any question directly nor did he give any specific answer as to how they were using all of the additional personnel that have been brought in. He said the guard and other law enforcement wer distributed around the city protecting other banks, store, pharmacies, etc.
It almost seemed like he was indicating they had abandoned the 3rd Precinct area to the throng and were protecting the rest of the city

Also he seemed very irritated by the question, which obviously would be one of the first questions to be asked.
ETA> upon reflection, another possible explanation is with Federal folks in town, he might find himself in a power struggle with how to handle the crisis. The Feds shouldn't have any say in the matter but reality might be less than ideal
