If Klobachar is named to the Biden administration, Franken should be appointed to fill her seat.

(Yes, I know some people are currently angry at Klobachar for not pursing charges against George Floyd's killer in the past...Hindsight is 20/20 for all politicians, and I think she still could play a valuable role regardless, so...)

The investigation that ended with no charges against Chauvin concluded after Klobuchar had left the county prosecutor post for the U.S. Senate.
