Now, arrest the other 3 who stood by and allowed it to happen and charge them with the same, after all, if a bank robber kills someone in the course of the robbery, then the accomplishes can be charged with murder also.

What's good for the goose is good for the gander.

Also, all 4 should be charged with oppression under the color of authority and anything else that can reasonably apply with no bail.

As for the other 3 douchebags - if u drove a getaway car for a failed bank robbery where someone inside the bank was murdered and you NEVER got out of the car you’d be charged with some sort of count for murder/manslaughter wouldn’t u???

You can expect the right wing backlash to begin any minute now.

My answer: assholes like Chauvin all too often want to be police officers.

Or is it that they're literally "throwing the book at him" to make damned sure there's a conviction one way or the other?

Third degree doesn't require intent to kill, but does need "perpetrating an act eminently dangerous to others and evincing a depraved mind, without regard for human life".

this murder. There was no hesitation, no consternation. He seemed to know precisely what he was doing and yet proceeded without a pause or second thought. There was no guilt or concern on his face. His manner was calm; his hand in his pocket. His mission was clear, and he carried it out.

Lock up all four of them. Prosecute all four of them. These blatant murders have to stop, like yesterday.

It’s more like negligent homicide, not murder in any sense really. Just someone dies, and you’re in some way responsible, due to lack of due care.
