2. He's absolutely right. Bob Kroll didn't cause the MPD to be racist -

it's been that way for decades - but he really is a nasty, Trumpist POS who has regularly thwarted the efforts of past and current police chiefs and mayors to try to improve the situation. He really is toxic.
