We all know that a second spike will hit us. Mostly because he has pushed to re-open the country. Now when the second spike hits us - he will pass on the blame of any additional deaths as a result of the second spike - to the protesters and the protests. He'll claim that the didn't self-distance and most didn't wear masks. In no way is the re-opening of the country/economy a reason for a second spike.
