'No Blame?' ABC News finds 54 cases invoking 'Trump' in connection with violence, threats, assaults

President Donald Trump has repeatedly distanced himself from acts of violence in communities across America, dismissing critics who point to his rhetoric as a potential source of inspiration or comfort for anyone acting on even long-held beliefs of bigotry and hate.

"I think my rhetoric brings people together," he said last year, four days after a 21-year-old allegedly posted an anti-immigrant screed online and then allegedly opened fire at a Walmart in El Paso, Texas, killing 22 and injuring dozens of others.

But a nationwide review conducted by ABC News has identified at least 54 criminal cases where Trump was invoked in direct connection with violent acts, threats of violence or allegations of assault.

Even my aging mother helped fix a big pot of spaghetti to feed the local Occupy protesters. Hey these were young folks making a statement, standing up for largely civil, peaceful actions, and...
very likely to have also participated in democracy with their ballots.
They had such a poignant aim, so much media watered down by criticisms of "no central message"... bullshit. They protested the worship of the 1 percenters that brought on catastrophe...

I've seen this whole sickening movie before. The "greatest generation" voters of 1979 heralded in the RayGun "greed is good" era, scrapped most media dissemination integrity, locked in the "I got mine, get your own" tremendously leveraged economy against unspoiled youth at the time, has since rendered millions homeless, destitute and option-less ever since. Quote: "It's been said I favor the rich, I don't deny it". Guess who.
We are the 99 percent. There's no shame in working for better conditions for most of the country, despite the RW media machine's grimy messaging.
