We did gigs in the Hay Adams. The alley makes a right turn at the wall of the Chamber of Commerce building. The flames appeared to be going up the masonry wall of the Chamber of Commerce. The last time I was there dumpsters were at that spot including one for cooking grease and oil.

There are no government buildings in the immediate vicinity. There is an installation on top of the C of C that has sensors and cameras. I've seen objects that may be weapons there too. I feel certain that is a government installation.

From news report there was a scaffolding on the wall where the dumpsters are.
