New: White House staff received emails saying not to come to work today because of security concerns

White House staff just got an email advising them to avoid coming in today given the protests. “Due to ongoing demonstrations, please avoid coming to the White House Complex today if it all possible,” email reads, adding the White House maintains an “elevated security posture.”
