Now I could speculate that Trump's been watching reruns and wants the MAGAts to know he likes the show (and some of the Twitter replies are referring to that show and others).

But I think it's more likely that after revealing, though his usual projection, that he's terrified that the world is laughing at him -- as he tried to claim it's laughing at Biden and Democratic leaders -- he thinks tweeting a simplistic message in all caps is "getting tough."
