Orly tries to get Obama removed from the GA 2012 Ballot

President Obama removed from Georgia ballot in 2012?

A court hearing is scheduled for January 2012 in Fulton County, Georgia to determine if President Obama is eligible to appear on the state ballot in November. The case(s) are being brought by Orly Taitz and a sitting state lawmaker, Republican Mark Hatfield (Waycross).

You just know she will end up being held in contempt of court. Bank on it.

Are there any laws that can put this woman in jail for costing America's legal system unnecessary time and expenses?

President Obama is a US citizen. He's produced his Certificate of Live Birth, which is legal for any purpose which a birth certificate can be required. That wasn't good enough for Orly. He's had the law bent to pull out his "vault copy" of his birth certificate. That wasn't good enough for Orly.

Once President Obama is reelected, and he will be, the government needs to give Orly the full punishment prescribed by law for wasting judges' and court personnel's time over and over and over in jurisdiction after jurisdiction.

I'm sure she'll be exempt from any tort reform law, unfortunately.
