Evolve Dammit

He is done with the virus (which is not done with us; it does what it does). He is done with any semblance of governing, alliances, participation at any level on the world stage or leadership. He is intent on one thing, to keep his base pissed off enough to take up arms. This I believe. Vlad must be so giddy. He has done a wonderful job and has earned his Apprentice status.
