Anti-Biden 'woke white dude' gets his comeuppance

For several months I have been monitoring the activity of a anti-Biden alleged liberal socialist on Twitter. https://twitter.com/DavidAgStone

He has over 17 thousand followers so I thought it was a good idea to know what the far left was doing and saying about our nominee especially after their affect on the last election.

His biggest argument against Biden was supporting Tara Reade and her allegations against him.

Several weeks ago when he was trying to organize 'Never Biden' marches at Democratic party headquarters in every state. More recently he's been pushing a 'Pelosi must go' meme.

A few weeks ago, he was outed as a member of the young Republicans club when in college but gave a lame explanation that he just attended a few of their parties for free booze.

Well last night he posted this:

It seems he was sexually harassing several women online. It should be noted that no where in his 'statement' does he apologize for his behavior and he gives a lame excuse blaming autism, which is offensive to anyone with autism.

Now most here probably thing 'what's the big deal'. I just think that we need to realize that this election is a 2 front war. Not only do we need to fight Trumpers, the GOP and the right wing. But we need to fight those on the purity left or at least those pretending to be on the left.

Having seen 2 elections in the last 20 years that Democrats should have won go south because too many felt our nominee wasn't liberal enough and then either stayed home or vote 3rd party, it is something that we need to remain vigilant about. Thanks.

Just a bit of an update: It seems this dude was stalking women as young as 15. Unbelievable that he was trashing Biden claiming he was 'fighting for women'.

on my personal account when I posted an article that refuted an allegation he made against Biden. I have another account for business that I used to continue to monitor his activities. People like him are a real threat and we need to be aware of what they are doing.

4. Thanks for the FYI. Unfortunately w/ the Internet, so many can utter such ridiculous and...

unfounded statements that many may believe. However, I think that w/ the coming of the Internet/digital age, abusers and others such as this idiot will be tagged rather quickly and their misleading voices stifled pretty quickly. People are getting more smarter and quicker on the uptake and are catching these fakers and outing them.

7. Since you've been watching this dude, could you answer a question about Repukes for me?

I have a relative who recently called and we were talking about the virus and campaign. I made a couple comments about Trump and she quietly scoffed, but didn't say much. Then, she said Biden was so corrupt, there was no way she would vote for him. The only thing I could come up with (after we hung up) was that she must watch FOX or there was some kind of defamation of character toward Biden that would make her so blatant in her diss of him. I chewed on her for a while, but she still insisted he had been corrupt for years.

I'd like to know if you have seen charges like that against Biden (with the exception of their crap on Burisma or whatever that company's name was) that would make her so disgusted about him? She has to have been brainwashed by something, but I sure can't figure it out. BTW, she is in her 90s but with a sound mind (except she is obviously a Repuke).

9. Last week

I got into an argument with another of these 'woke white dudes', as I like to call him. His whole premise was that every Democratic president was a corrupt warmonger including FDR, JFK and Obama. You really can't reason with people like that. They look down on everyone else so they can feel morally superior. We will never convert them but we should respond with facts and logic whenever they post their BS so they don't influence others.

That's when she said he'd been corrupt for years. I should have pursued the issue, but all I could say was, "That's not true." Being old, I didn't want to upset her by arguing, but it upset me from the get-go. I couldn't believe my ears.

I've known this woman all my life and never heard her talk like that. Someone sure has her fired up.

At some point, you can't convince those people. They need to be de-programmed. That's why I was curious if anyone had heard that garbage and where the source was.

15. There aren't any legitimate allegations of corruption against Biden.

All of the most salacious allegations, Burisma and China (which are actually around Hunter Biden) are made up by right wingers and there is no legitimacy whatsoever.

I am not advocating "guilt or innocence" on these next issues. For my part, though Biden was not my first choice, I will be supporting him enthusiastically.

Here is some other information:

Some concern from the "left" is that Biden is too moderate and pro business. He was the Senator from Delaware, which is home to many large financial corporations. Some people think that Biden was too cozy with Credit Card companies and big finance.

Other things that have been leveled at Biden was his part in the confirmation of Clarence Thomas, or more accurately, his behavior toward Anita Hill. That, and his role in the crime bill which some blame for the continued mass incarceration of Black people.

The problem with criticisms coming from the right is that people have heard very few facts and have been provided a narrative that is not accurate but usually repeated and it appeals to emotion rather than logic.

Criticisms from the further left may have more accuracy, but are often based on purity and a general critique of capitalism as the economic system is seen as the root cause of many problems.

17. Yes, you've reminded me that I already had heard of those decisions,

but we all take wrong turns and grow from them. It's the leaders who can't bend that are the problem.

I think Biden is basically a good person, which is becoming more rare in the present climate, but I say that because I feel he is a strong supporter of his family, community and our country. His opponent doesn't even come close.

No decision by a congress person will get 100% approval, but Biden seems to consider the best outcome for the most and isn't shy about working with those across the aisle. As POTUS, I think we will see some of the old school Republicans favoring his administration after watching and living through the horror that Trump has brought to our government. They know he's wrong, but didn't have the backbone to confront him. I suppose that if we walked in their shoes, we'd understand how they got there, but we don't know what went on behind closed doors.

19. Biden is FUNDAMENTALLY a decent human being.

You can see it in how he relates to people. Even with his being "touchy feely", it does not seem born of wantonness but a desire to connect with people.

As you said, people make mistakes. I was watching the documentary 13th, and Charlie Rangel was talking about the culture of the 1970's, 1980's, and 1990's when the laws against drugs, crime, and minimum sentencing were popular because people were reacting to the fear caused by the social upheaval of the 1960's. Rangel supported, as an African-American congressperson, the approach to crime and drugs that created the mass incarceration within Black communities. He said that it was a mistake and did not have the effects that were expected or desired.

People are not perfect, but Biden, unlike Trump, actually has an ethical and moral core. He cares about people. He is capable of and has shown deep compassion. Qualities which Trump fundamentally does not have.

This election is not about policy as much as it is about core human values and where we need to be headed as a nation.

Maybe, but I've heard a little bit about "Biden used to be a Republican" from a poster or two on line lately.

It's based on basically a single quote from back in the very early 70's, maybe 60's when Joe worked for a Repub officeholder and was quoted as saying he "thought of himself as a Repub." Sounds like a projection from your asshole at work here.

I haven't hear that as much since I pointed out that Biden has never once run as a Repub, but has sought office as a Dem since 1972.

Sometimes facts work with those assholes.

14. I got into it with her daughter back when Obama was running for POTUS.

She had posted an absolutely monstrous lie about him on Facebook and I chewed her out. I later went back to see if she has responded and saw a whole bunch of replies from her friends chewing her out for her stupid comment...probably 30 or so.

28. Just an bit of an update

Mr. Silverstone's Twitter account has now been deleted. Whether is was deleted by Twitter or himself is unknown.

It has come out that he was sending dick pics and harassing over 2 dozen women including girls as young as 15.

Debates have sprung up on other Twitter feeds with several other "woke white dudes" claiming that Sliverstone was somehow targeted by agents of Biden and defending his actions. Many of those who are defending Sliverstone have slammed Biden over the Tara Reade allegations. It seems that believe women but only when it is convenient.
