The only thing comparable to the high level of preparedness and responsiveness of Democrats this presidential election was the last campaign. We've adapted and taken advantage of those lessons learned and then some. The reaction time to attacks and other nonsense from the republican opposition sources is just awesome; from an increasing myriad of corners of the party. I'm so impressed. The amount of information on these candidates is stunning and remarkably accessible and available. All of the blogs and other internet-based news sources geared toward progressive reporting are already working overtime to hold the present batch of republican candidates accountable. Amazing effort, so far.
The Obama campaign, the DNC, and the White House are also excelling in the amount of relevant information provided and their response time. The White House blog; the DNC web site; the Obama for President site; all have real-time, updating responses to the candidates' attacks and assertions. What an awesome start to the campaign!
