people are shopping more on-line.

We need to figure out how best to get ballots in on time — order early, use drop boxes where available, return early, etc. — or show up at polls, depending on local circumstances.

We lose relying on 18 US Code Section 1701, and similar BS.

and i learned early, no had it ingrained in me, interfering with the US MAIL IS A FEDERAL OFFENSE ..
like when i was a teen and yahoo's were out riding about with baseball bats whacking residential rural mailboxes (yeh this was a thing in my day) IT IS A FEDERAL CRIME...

are not among the class of persons covered by that statute. The remedy lies elswhere.
