The event was intended by the campaign to highlight several LDS members making the case for Biden. It certainly isn't any endorsement by the church hierarchy/organization. Still, LDS uneasiness about Trump is certainly going to help in Arizona. (Alas, I think Utah and Idaho are out of reach, though.)
