- mail in ballots do have alternatives depending on local rules, if early vote allowed in person, you do that, if ballots can b hand delivered you can do that

31. I received my ballot in the mail for the Kansas Primary election at least 4-5 weeks in advance...

Filled it out the next morning and mailed it that day at the airport mailbox. It would have been at the election board at our County Court house the next day. It would have been in their hands at least 4.5 weeks before the election.

What people need to do is STOP tossing them aside and fill them out that day or early the next and get them mailed.
