Does he have anything in writing that might make a good basis for an appeal?
Also, the reason Susan McDougal served 18 months in prison is that she refused to lie to a grand jury. Another person who was punished for having integrity and a moral compass.

After he (Glover) was arrested in the hours following Taylors death, he told several people in calls from jail that he had left thousands of dollars at her home, according to the Courier-Journal.
