Who is matching political donations?

The Trumpsters were claiming that your donation would be matched fivefold.

Some of the Biden commercials have claimed a triple match for your donation.

Who is supposedly paying all this extra money?

Is it just fancy bookkeeping from donations made earlier?

It sounds like bs to me.
