Then who knows. I'm not sure he has the "it" factor to do much on the national scene. Maybe run for governor.

It had no good reason for being and came off as a scion thinking it was his birthright. Had he waited, he’d be a near-cert to one day soon serve as a senator for Massachusetts. Instead, he'll be forever tarred by this high profile failure.
