(15,265 posts)and producer. I don't think there has ever been a CSPAN debate moderator before. Wallace will be like his dad, an agressive, but no nonsense questioner. I think Welker will be a disaster.

(864 posts)reporting she does - seems to be a repub light. Wallace will just be okay - repub. The others I don't even know about. Looks like Trump worked the 'refs' to be as easy as possible it appears. IMHO

(94,368 posts)(fun fact: The Commission on Presidential Debates -- a bipartisan group -- doesn't give the candidates input as to the moderators or format. But why ruin a perfectly good conspiracy theory?)

(81,406 posts)Senator Warren, you are running on Medicare for All. Democrats have been winning elections, even in red states, with a very different message on health care: protecting Obamacare. Democrats are divided on this issue. What do you say to voters who are worried that your position on Medicare for All could cost you critical votes in the general election?

(11,949 posts)But the question you posted seems to be an accurate summary of what happened in 2018. We won the house mainly by running more moderate Candidates in formerly red districts promising to protect the ACA. Medicare for all was not even on the agenda.
I see nothing wrong with the question as long as she is asking the same type questions to republicans.

His handlers - Kushner at least - know he'd be a disaster.
"Health concerns" or tantrum about how the debate format is unfair or some such bullshit will keep him out of the debates.
